Our Approach:
After successfully tendering and winning the contract, we arranged meetings with our client and their architects to discuss the construction brief and our approach to the project. During this meeting, various discussions were aired relating to the design and construction criteria, we eventually managed to pass on savings of over £50,000 to the client and agreed a development time of 130 days from start of project to the 1st clients booking their rooms. Ducron took total project management responsibility controlling all new service installations from the utilities companies, material approvals from the local planning council and direction of all the clients nominated sub-contractors.
Outcome:
The end result was a project completed within budget and on time. The total construction value was £750,000.00
